Resignation

Myself Rajni Agri (R-19092) worked with HBL GLOBAL PVT. LTD in credit card department as a Tale sales executive in Rajori Garden delhi location from 18 oct due to some personal reason i had resigned on 2 April. But I had not received my reveling letter and not get my hold salary of march i have my resignation letter to my SM but no response and My SM has a personally problem with me so she could no accept my resignation .pls suggest me how to get my outstanding salary, my Provident Fund as early as possible.
