CHARGING FORCLOSER MORE THEN THE RBI NOMS

Dear Team,

I (Jaswant Singh) having the loan from HDB FINANCAIL SERVICE LTD Jaipur of Rs 60 lac now i want to close the this loan but company is not ready to close this loan and now they are charging of Foreclosure of 6.5% on my principal but they offered 2 % forclocser while i was taking loan.

I requested to them to reduce the Foreclosure % 6.5 % to 2 % it is so high. i want to know that it is reliable as per the norms that they can charge the foreclosure as per company mood.
