Average Quart. Balance Sur Charge

Dear Sir,

It was My Zero Balance Salary Account, It was not operated from about to 1 and half year, and every month I Receive the Monthly Statement where Balance amount Shows ZERO'0' not in Minus, few day back I deposit some Amount in my Account.

and suddenly the bank people cut Rs.3309 from account as Avg. Quart. Balance Charge. I feel Cheated What I Can Do For it...
