Hi,
I have been charged an amount of 827.25 for non maintainance of average quaterly balance. HDFC bank increased the average quaterly balance from 5000 to 10000 rupees i.e.by 100% and I did not receive any notification from them about them. Even bank doesn't have any proof of delivery with them as according to them it was sent by post. I have this savings account with Shankarseth branch in pune however, currently i am residing in Gurgaon.
