HDFC Bank Credit Card
EXCESS FINANCIAL CHARGES

I having credit card of HDFC BANK & taken loan aginst credit card b& regulerly paid installment as per bank statement per month but financial charges levied by bank is not understandable. Since last 3 year i had paid instalment regulerly but loan amount balance is still remain, my installment is gone only for finance charges? pls.give suggestion
