Hi HDFC Bank,
I am appalled and aghast at the response from you, When I am reporting there is a fraud happened on my card for Rs. 6000/ illegal transaction not authorized by me has happened.
How have you protected me your consumer against credit card fraud? Is there any fraud protection on the card?
Also I did not ask for World Bank Card Upgrade why did you close my earlier card and send an upgrade within the next day of this fraud transaction?
This is a conspiracy by your bank to rob my money
The employees in your bank are doing these kind of mischief and playing with hard earned money of the customers. How can you allow this to happen?
I have completely lost faith in your bank now and have withdrawn all my accounts from HDFC.
Please close this card I do not want any further contact with your bank now.
