Non-Receipt of Platinum Debit Card

Dear Sir/Mam,

Around 1 month has been passed I have applied for Platinum Debit Card, I am yet to receive my card from the Bank, however I have received PIN for the same... the problem is that the card I am using has been invalid due to new card issued for the same. Since I am not a net-banking user please let me know the option for which should Iproceed and also advice how can I register my self for net-banking if I have not logged in whithin 180 days from the date of open of account???
