Sir,

I would like to bring your kind notice that there are fake payment (Rs 10, 000/-) made by some to recharge Idea Mobile bill in Month of August and Sept by using my above card. Since Then I am requesting Bank to look into matter but action has been taken place. In addition I am being charged with all late and other fines. Although I continued to paying minimmum amount of bill send by the banks every month. At present I am hopeless regarding the solution of this problem. It is torching me like any thing...

My sincere request is to look into matter immediately
