Amount could not withdrawn but debited from my account

It is to state that i am an acount holder of State Bank Of India (Account No. 30157992322). On 01.10.10, at 6.15pm i visited HDFC ATM at mahilpur branch- Distt Hoshiarpur. I have applied for withdrwal of Rs. - but the request could not processed and message appeared on Screen that Your requested can't be processed at the time. However on second attempt i got my money. But today morning when i checked my account. i found that a total amount of Rs. 4000/- has been deducted from my account mentioning withdrawl of 02 transactions of Rs. - each on 01.10.10. The same is submitted to you for your kind information and further needful please.
