My name is Praduman Singh Behl. I had booked a Bike with Delhi scooters on the the 9th of June. I payed a down payment of 30, 000/= and submitted all my documents for two wheeler loan with the agency through HDFC. The person who was handeling the hdfc account at the dealer was Mr. Deepak (Mobile number:- 9910123514). He charged me 400/= extra for ecs facility. On 11th of june i recieved a message from HDFC at 4.10.13pm stating that my two wheeler loan has been approved. On recieving this message i called deepak and asked that has my loan been approved; he stated that yes and asked me to bring 3 cheques and come and take the bike. at 7.30pm same day i was delived the bike i.e. yamaha FZS. And the bike was also registered. on 25th of june around 6.30pm i recieved a call from deepak stating that there has been an error made on their part while registering the bike. So, they need the egine number and the chasis number's print again and asked me to bring the bike along. When i reached th eDelhi scooter's rajori garden office the took all the documents and bikes keys from me then they humilated me infront of evrybody stating that the loan has been rejected. On the 2nd days i was called again humilated and the Down payment that i had made they just retured 18000/= of the total amout. I had given a written complaint to hdfc asking for explanation about this at their sufdarjung enclave branch on 3rd of july to monica at 10.30am asking for a written reply. She said i shall be revertd back with the reply with 5 working days and the docket number for the writen complaint is 167060177. and my hdfc loan account number is 16790699. I have not recieved any reply from them till now. They are also not giving me the cheques, my documents and the application form back.
