I have an account in Hdfc Bank Sector 51 branch Noida.
They debited Rs. 827/-(AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS) from my account without any information or prior notice.
When I opened my account they just stated that you have to maintain Rs. 5000/- balance in your account and which I did but just on 28 April they withdrawn Rs. 827.25/- from my account without any such notification that to please maintain Rs. 10000/-. quarterly balance as per new irdia.
HDFC banking and marketing people is making fool by not making clear the customers while opening the account. (regarding the class of account, the min. quaterly balance etc..)..they just try to fulfill their target leaving the customers in soup...
