Inhuman treatment by credit card company and inflated, unnecessary charges

Sir,

I am very upset with the way HDFC treats me as a customer. I was given a titanium credt card with a credit limit of Rs. 50000.I have following issues:

1) Extremely high rate of interest and the hidden charges were not conveyed to me before issuance.

2) The customer care person uses abusive language over phone and comments on my inability to pay the charged in a rude way.

3) Unnesessary penaty is being imposed further inflating the bill.

Pls help.
