Collection department using unparlimentry language

Dear Sir

Iam Using HDFC credit card for so long, i was admitted in the hospital for an surgery on 1 feb and got discharged by 06/02 so i couldnt able to make this month Payment. Today i recieved the call from HDFC collection department (04466458650) one of the lady staff spoke to me very rudely in unparlimentry language i was so insulted,

They are not even bother to understand my situation and did not listen my words.

I would request you to address my grievences.
