This is in reference to the above mentioned card num, I have already paid an amount of around Rs 120000/- against a purchase and debit of Rs 70000/- and still the bank is demanding another Rs 60000/-.
I have not used this card for past more than 01 year and so far have paid the amount in goodwill hoping the outstanding would come to an end while I was not always receiving my bills and have been charged over Rs 10000/- only in the late payment fee.
The bank has also not replied to my concerns and always gave me irrelevant replies. They have not till date gave me an explanation of some huge purchases that I queried.
Inspite of raising the concern a few times they have not been efficient and helpful at all and have only kept on insisting on the outstanding amount of Rs 60000/- without even giving explanations to my queries, concerns.
I have got the whole communication with the bank though e-mails, letters and also the voice recording with me, which can also be furnished if needed.
I request you to please look into the matter and ask the bank to behave in a more professional manner if possible.

I hope to hear from you soon as the bank is not at all willing to listen to anything but the outstanding amount which I feel are unjust and horrendous.
