I got this card issued in April and at the same time requested HDFC Ergo mediclaim policy which was to be charged on the card. Now, first month they charged me twice doubling my actual outstanding. Next month in correcting that, they had over 4-5credits and debits and ultimately put an additional (now third) charge and reversed the second charge. The staments were so confusing that it took over 3 months to find the third charge and now they want me to pay for it.
