Unauthorized money deducted from my Gold Credit Card. Contact person Sreya who was contacting me from this number 913366337846 is now playing with me and not receiving my call. When I am calling to her to know the status her colleagues are receiving and joking with me and saying that she died, she left the job etc. When she called me to give me a credit card on behalf of my auto loan she said that it would having balance of 1 lakh, but when I received it was Rs 50000. I have only made a purchase of fuel worth Rs 2000 on 1/1. And now my balance is Rs. 39068. When I talked to her she told the rest amount has been deducted for some policy and some extra charges which I am not aware of. So please take action against this or else take ur credit card back with the amount that I have been purchased from it.
I think HDFC Bank is giving credit card and making its own policy business with it, right??
