My HDFC Credit Card No is 4346781009004227, I had an overdue payment on my card, for which I used to pay 2500Rs as an minimum amount every month from my salary. Suddenly i started getting calls / emails / telegrams from the recovery department for the same. I was given an offer for settlement which i did not accept as i didn't wanted to do any settlement. So finally in October i made a full and final payment of 22, 000 Rs from my dad's account. Then i called HDFC credit card customer care to inquire about my NOC they said they will arrange a call in next 3 days. Each time i used to call them i got the same reply, the call never came... Now i am planning to apply for a credit card, but i am not able to get one as my name is still in the CIBIL. I have paid more than the bill amount and i have some amount with HDFC CC. Now i don't see any card registered under my HDFC net banking also..
Can someone please help me with this and let me know what needs to be done to get my name out of CIBIL...
