Misbehaviour from Call center employee of HDFC Credit Card

I am a customer of HDFC bank for the last 5 years having my salary account, Demat account and credit card of HDFC bank.

Last month I got a call from HDFC Bank call center to upgrade my credit card which I accept and my credit card get upgraded to Titanium card from Gold Card and also i got a call to to transfer my remaining amount on Credit card into 6 EMI's which I also accept and the same is confirmed from the call centre executive to pay the first EMI installment on 24.04.2010 and nothing before this.

But suddenly i start geting calls from HDFC Bank callcenter to pay amount of 1500 which is due on 24.03.2010.They start calling almost all the day and even today they call at my home from call center no 911725056200 and misbehave with my Mother. They just don know how to talk with some senior citizen. They are harrasing me for the so many days for just Rs 1500/-.Need your support to have some actions regarding such workers who don't do job properly.
