HDFC ERGO FAMILY HEALTH PLAN
CLAIM

My Wife Poonam Pathak Policy No 50537191 Dec to Dec She had Heart attach on July the documents for claim were send in time. The company in Demand asked for some other Documents, which too were send within there time period. BUT the required documents they Say that they have NOT received, Which is there FALSE statement and it is clear that the company is not interested to give the claim. Now I am requesting the Company to send my Origional Documents which I sent to them, so that I can try to settle that amount with my Department. I have mailed the demand 5 times BUT there is NO Response. I cant understand HOW long this company will continue. MAY GOD help This company. If this complaint reaches you, please send my origional file which I sent to you the first time.
