Please be careful of the HDFC employees who work as touts for HDFC Life. They are working with either the bank or even HDFC Life but either know very little about the policies or made all efforts to mis-sell the policies. As an innocent customer, you trust them and get stuck in their net.
I have been similarly cheated by the team of two employees of HDFC, namely Paritosh Gupta and Anoop Misra in HDFC bank branch sector 50, Noida in 2009. After I was trapped by the wrong information they provided to me and sold me a policy, they seem to have disappeared. The bank informs me that they have resigned and refuse to take any responsibility. The HDFC Life does not pay any heed to the number of letter you write to them.
SO, ALL OF YOU, PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF HDFC LIFE TOUTS WHO ARE WORKING IN THE GUISE OF EVEN THEIR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE LATER ON, THE COMPANY IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT YOU.
