I have my HDFC loan since I was regularly making my EMI payment previously through post dated cheques and later Online Payment, Since last two years they all of sudden Stop my online payment and after repeated emails to them they said you can't make online payment as it is difficult for our Account Department to reconcile the account. After repeted requested they started the service and send me an Email that you have to pay extra Rs. 50 for every Online Payment. This is Horiable... Any other customer of HDFC has the same problem... Whole world prefer online payment with security and fastest process and this Company try to Still Money for online payment... That is horiable... I need some HELP even though my loan is getting over i am putting it here so other customer can raise their Voice against this Day time stilling... looking for some solution...
