Hi,

I have applied for Home loan in HDFC Ltd in the month of Jan. They have accepted rs 9927 from me as processing fee. After spending more than 2 months for approval of loan they finally ready for disbursement.

But, during disbursement process, they have rejected my approval by reason that some issue with my first Agreement Papers.

Now, I am asking them for refund of processing fee, but they are not responding to my several mail reminders.

My point is that if HDFC is not able to sanctioned my loan they should refund me my processing fee back.
