HDFC/platinum plus credit card
Buy one get one movie ticket promissed but not Reimbursement

One of the executive of HDFC bank had told me that by having this card you will get, 2nd movie ticket free, also she said that it irrrespective of any condition or clauses.

now when i didn't get the Reimbursement, i talk to swati (one of HDFC customer care executive), now she is saying it is not possible.

if you want you can cancel your card by tearing it into pieces
