in addition to my following request pl note following points more

1. i am regularly approaching to Grievance team as well as higher legal dept also but they are not responding the same

2. grievance dept has taken decision in my request.

1. to approach the AGENCY DEPT, BUT agency dept has not replied me any single word

2. toapproch to consultant corner, but the cc corner team has not replied a singal word

3. to approach my local branch manager i.e. BALOTRA, BUT SIR, my termination has been taken on the compliant of my branch office false and base less compliant.

4. i am regularly demanding my appointment letter/welcome letter when i joined the HDFC SLIC, AFTER PASSED YOUR EXAMINATION BUT NOT SENT till today

5. after that i have requested to provide this documents from you UNDER RTI ACT AND ALSO REQUEST HDFC SLIC CEO ALSO

I have served 4 years and 6 months at HDFC SLIC AND A DEEP CONSPIRES HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM HDFC SLIC TO NOT TO GIVEN ME THE RENEWAL COMMISSION

6. MY Branch Manager has lodged a FALSE F.I.R. in POLICE STATION BALOTRA AND POLICE HAS AWARD ME F.R.

7. A BIG FIRE AND THEFT HAS BEEN DONE IN THE BALART BRANCH OFFICE ALSO.

i am not employee of HDFC SLIC, I am your MDRT Financial consultant and almost 4 years and 6 months AS per IRDA rules and regulations when 5 yeras complete the company have to pay me he renewal commission but from 01.4.2010 you have terminated me and during this period so many premium has paid but HDFC SLIC HAS NOT GIVEN ME THE RENEWAL COMMISSION

Thank you very much for your immedite reply. i very humbly request your honor that my termination has illlegal and i have raised the followingf quesions which is in this mail i am again sending you.this is question raised to grievance team and grievance team and instruct me to approch you to canel my illlegal termination. Due to my ternination my so many clinets has writtten a letter to company but no reply from the copany so please cancel my illlegal terminaton to aviod any legal action in the compitent cour of low. HDFC will be fully responsilble for the same.

I Strongly hope that you will sure justified decession and in the interest of hdfc and client and me taken and intimate me accordingly.
