NON RECEIPT OF PF

Respected Sir,

I was an employee of Hdfc Standard Life Insurance co. ltd. vide employee id 50404.My posing branch was Bolpur, Birbhum, West Bengal & my vide PF & Pension A/C number was MH/211273/34971.I have left the organisation on 20th june'2011 & on the same day I have submitted my PF & Pension withdral form to the organisation with a a/c number of HDFC bank, but after lots of reminder I came to know from their local (Kolkata) HR person that I have submit my claim form with a cancel cheque. I have send the fresh claim form with cancel cheque of my SBI a/c on 14th March'2012.

But till I yet to receive the claim amount & presently my wife is suffering with serious cardio problem & I need the money for her treatment. Now the company (Hdfc Standard Life Insurance co. ltd.) has sending me mail for extention of time for settlement of my PF Claim.

You interption is sincerely requested to solve the issue as I require the amount urgently for treatment of my wife.
