THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT MY CARD NO. IS 5289456000973151 AND MY PREVIOUS DUE DATE WAS 26-03 AND MY MINIMUM AMOUNT DUE WAS 2000 RS. WHICH I DEPOSITED IN CASH ON DATED 25-03 AND THE NEXT AMOUNT DUE TO ME WAS 39856.47 RS.. FOR THIS AMOUNT I CONTACT THE PHONE BANKING NUMBER ON DATED 04-04 TO CONFIRM THAT IS ANY CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABE TO ME IF I WILL PAYMENT THE FULL BALANCE THEN THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT IF YOU DEPOSIT THE FULL BALANCE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD IN CASH ON DATED 05-04 THEN IT WILL BE NO CHARGES APPLICABLE TO YOU.

SO I DEPOSITED THE AMOUNT 37960 RS. IN CASH BUT NOW WHEN I RECEIVED THE NEXT BILL STATEMENT I FOUND THAT IT IS CHARGED 1174.85 RS. FINANCE CHARGES, 127.48 RS. SERVICE CHARGES, 3.82 RS. CESS TAX AND 50 RS. CASH DEPOSIT PROCESSING FEE IN MY STATEMENT .

THS IS UNFAIR TO ME AND MISGUIDED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE WHO ATTENDED MY CALL SO I WANT TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE AND REVERSE ALL CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT.

I WILL BE THANKFULL TO YOU.
