My card no is 4317575114093512 i have received the statement in the month of may with a charge rs. 4545 for heritage holidays offer. but i have not received the offer so for and i dont want that offer no more. so i requested you please reverse that amount in my statement. i already complained so many times by phone banking method. but there is no solution for this problem. please rectify this problem and reverse the amount Rs. 4545
