Cheating through sbi card

As per telephonic conversation to Mr. HIMANSHU DESAI of heritage holidays on 28/04.He has promised that nothing will be charged for giving membership. But from my SBI Card statement, I found that a sum of Rs.4545.00 has been charged to me. As per his promise it is illegal hence not acceptable to me. Please cancel the transaction and immidiately arrange for the reversal of my money aganist my card
