Telephones out of orde

Our telephone nos. 0120 2881112 and 2881213 (fax) are not working since last 8-10 days. We have lodged the complaint also but so far the result is zero. Can BSNL do some thing to our telephones in order quickly. We are suffering a lot due to land line connectivity and fax as well. We hope that BSNL will care to provide good service (as it is claimed by BSNL) to get our telephones in order at the earliest.
