Wrong EMI deduction from July-11 onwards

Dear Sir

This is to bring in your kind notice that you are presently deducting my Home Loan EMI by Rs. 5200.00 only instead of Rs. 12291.00 and this is going on since last three months.

Recently, I had undergone for Open Heart Surgery and accordingly I had submitted ECS form along with 6 cheques with you before surgery.

Why this type of problem occur in SBI? This has happened 2 time with my account.

Also, I do not receive any SMS before debiting my bank account.
