LATE DELIVERY/PRICE HIKE

I booked my cylinder on 6th June by going to their office personally. Since the cylinder had not arrived I went again for reminding them on 21st June. Today on 26th June at 2.00 p.m. they have delivered the gas cylinder with new price hike RS. 348.45 paise and the date of order mentioned on the cash memo is 21st June. CAsh Memo amount is printed as 313.45 and a rubber stamp has been put separately as Rs. 348.45 This Dealer has been cheating on the clients from quite some time now. Since past 6 to 8 months, even after trying their nos. for hours, you will never get through. Booking can be done only when you go personally to their office. Surprisingly, when you visit their office, you find the phone lines idle, none of them are ringing, and we get them continously busy.

Why should i pay 348.45 when my booking was done on 6th June. Definitely, I want my money back. All the people of our locality are planning a signature campaign against this Dealer, M/s. Doshi Bros. (HP Gas), Wadala west, tel: 24175595, 24149678
