CHEQUE NOT ENCASHING

Dear Sir,

Sub: Loan Repayment Cheque not been encashed for Loan A/c

MUMTHN00003664.

The above Loan A/c is in the name of my Late Husband Shri Sanjeev K Nagpure.

On 22.7.2010. of this year I made payment of Rs. 8, 10, 000/- vide cheque No. 123666 dt 22.7.2010 on the instructions of Mrs. Vandana

Branch Manager of IDBI (Thane Branch at Naikwadi, near Alok Hotel) in

full & final settlement of the above loan account amounting to Rs. 8, 10, 000/-.

However after repeated follow up I am astonded to find that the above said cheque is not been encashed for reasons best known to your Branch Manager.

As a widow who is managing my life with difficulty after the expiry of my husband, I request you to take immediate & strong remedial action to ensure that the cheque is encashed forthwith & the loan account squared off with clear intimation to me.

The acknowledged copy of receipt of the cheque for Rs. 8, 10, 000/-. is

attached herewith.
