I have taken Home loan from Deutschepostbank, Bangalore and paying Pre-EMI for last 3 years. Due to very poor quality of disbursement process I have decided to pre-close my loan.
When I contacted the bank they were asked to pay full month interest for closing loan. I have requested the pre-closure quotation as on 20th Dec. But I received the pre-closure quotation up to 31/12 and asked me to pay before 24/12. Please let me know why should I pay the interest up to 31/12 if I am repaying full amount on 24/12.
