I have obtained house loan from SBI-RACPC chennai on 6.4.2010 and EMI repayment from SBI branch Selaiyur, Chennai.73 in my daughter name who is gov.servise. I approached the Selaiyur SBI branch office for EMI statement for IT purpose. I request the official in the Home section for statement. He refuse the same & direct me to go the office where we got the loan. Then I went to SBI RACPC office in Chennai & request the officer at V floor for the statement. She told me that, " Such statment will be given only at branch only & asked to go & meet the branch Manager SBI Selaiyur. Next day I went to the Selaiyur SBI & for the last two days I could meet the Manager because he was gone for a meeting.

In this situation in SBI, what the customer like me do?
