I have a Domestic gas Connection from HP Company (Consumer No.29134) in Moradabad, UP. I booked the GAS on dated 23-08-11. The delivery man come on dated 06-09-11 and charging Rs.500/-. The exact charges for the gas connection is rs.rs400. Although I am paying 420.But he denied by saying that if you need the gas now, then you have to force to give this charges. Finally, he went without delivery the gas due to not giving charges of rs.500/-.
