Hsbc credit card settelment fraud

Hi,

My HSBC Credit card number 4384 5999 8575 6187, on 23rd Jan i paid 11800 Rs in cash to Settelment department agent Mr. Kapil Sharma. i got the settelment letter and reciept from Him, after that i came to know that this money has not been transfer to HSBC bank. i called so many time to customer services and settelment department but no response from them, they told me to mail to HSBC Bank.

Please i want to know that where is my money???
