My self Dr. n.k kuraichya. I have purchased a car from karvi by shyam motors-4367 on 30/06

car detail:- wagonr vxi

no: UP96 A 6050, chassis no:680832

sir at the time of dlivery they told me about the side ORVH (RH) that it was broken by their mistake.

They said when the car was coming from kanpur (S.B CARS P.LTD) to karvi by the driver's mistake it was broken . so, i have refused to purchase the car. Then he forced me to by that car and he had promised me that they will provide me ORVH (RH) with in 15 days and they had written it on the delivery challan.

sir after one month i visited the showroom and asked them for the side ORVH (RH). They said that it is not available now. sir again after one weak I visited their showroom they again said it is not available.

After that sir I have visited 4 to 5 times but again&again they said that" it not available now"

SIR in may I have complaint to regional office (NORTH II) gomti nagar, Lucknow about this

and they have promised me that in two-three days your problem will be shorted, COMPLAINT NO: 7984638447.

Sir after that today is 14/oct/09 there is no information is given to me.

So, sir i want that you to take some hard action against it.
