HSBC Credit Card
Fraud Transaction

Hi,

I am HSBC credit card holder and On 24 Nov I got the message that someone use my card and do the transaction of Rs 20000 and at that time card is im my pocket. I immeditaely went to Sec 18 Noida branch of HSBC and Block my card as well as arise the dispute.

Some days After A senior office of HSBC (Sudha - Vice president) called me and said this was the fraud transaction and you are not libale to pay. But on 10 April i got the letter from HSBC and tell to pay for that transaction.

As i am telling from the first day (24 nov) i.e fraud transaction, I have various email to Sudha but no answer for the same.

I really upset with HSBC behaviour. I am a middle class person and iam not able to pay such a big amount.

Please look into this and do the needful.
