HSBC-CREDIT CARD -FRAUD

Myself Chilkunda Suryanarayan Panisha bearing HSBC Credit card No 4476921203858992 issued in 2006 to the best of my Knowledge i had not used this card since purchase, Now from the last month I recd call from HSBC -Legal dept statingthat pending balance of Rs-1.89 Lacs then I asked to submit the statement failed to show the same, perhaps after 4 years first time calling me and no SMS /Statements etc etc and harrassing me daily Pl guide me what to do?? I am realy disturbed
