PF amount not received

I Manusree Mahato an ex employee of Durgapur HTMT with P.F A/C no -KN/46294/14358, had received cheque No-16657 dated-19/02 for rs-11311 and cheque No-154067 dated 19/02 for rs- 5274 /. There was a mistake of my bank A/C no in the above mentioned cheques. My original A/C no is 30863965033. This was informed to me by the bank manager of SBI, Chittaranjan branch. He gave me verbal promise to re-sent those cheques to your office for the correction of my A/C no. But I am still finding that the money has not been transfer to my bank A/C.

I have attached 1.Photo copy of the letter from the sub-regional office to the SBI bank manager, Chittaranjan branch 2. Photocopy of those cheques (with wrong A/C no)

3. One copy of cancelled cheque.

The phone no of the PF subdivisional office is totally vague I have called many times but no one responded.
