Cheating in buyback of shares

Dear Sir,

I have purchased 2000 shares of M/s Balaji Shipping Company limited having R/o mumbai Through M/s B.N.D. Brokers, Shanti Nagar, Kanpur @35/- per share on 14/12 With Buyback assurance with in one year @80/- per Share falure in listing of these shares. Till The date neither company has listed their shares in any Stock Exchange.

Now I feel Cheated By Comnpany & Their Agent Mr. B.N. Dubey & Mrs. Geeta Dubey
