With out prior intimation block of Account

I Ravi Venkata Kotaiah, Hyderabad i have ICICI Bank Ac at Begum Pet, A.P, Hyd. My Account is blocked with out prior intimqation i have been suffering from last 3 days for daily house exp wise i came to other palce out of Hyderabad. i submitted proper document to Miyapur, Hyd branch in SEp, 10 but they are not till update my informatiuon but they blocked my cash transsatiuons with intimation . what isthis? who given authorised to you hold my money? who responsible to suffer this? take immidate actioon
