As per the Customer care people's advice, I have put a service request to re-issue my password on 08-Apr. Initially i entered wrong password and got an error "Invalid User id", later i checked with Customer care and i put a service request to re-set my password. But it has been more than a month and i haven't receive any response from them. Now I am not able to track my service request number.
