Extremely poor customer service

I had Fixed deposit receipt, in My name (First name) and my mother name (second name) and I went to

teh Bank with my signatures as well as my mother signatures on the revenue stamp (which had been advised to us by the ICICI that in order to close the FDR there should be signatures of both parties on the revenue stamp. Initailly the officer looked at the receipt and advised that I deposit the money in the

account with ICICI Bank. However my previous customer unfriendly experience with a different branch (about which no complaint was submitted) I asked that I needed bank cheque. She looked at the computer and said that they cannot do it. I said that she can deposit money in the account and then she refused

When asked she said that they donot have my signatures. I showed that my valid ID, signatures

driver license etc. Howeever the attitude was not of help. I requested that she talk to the manager of the parent branch who had advised us to go with the FDR with both signatures on the revenue stamp

Howver she declined.

THE ICICI STAFF IS CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY TO THE EXTENT OF HARASSMENT OF THE CUSTOMER AND THE WORKING CULTURE IS NOT OF HELPING .THE PROBELM MAY BE WITH THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT MRS CHANDA KOCCHAR SINCE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FEARFUL AND INTIMIDTAED TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY DONOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND AND ARE SO FEARFUL OF DOING EVEN THE RIGHT THING AND DONOT VALUE CUSTOMER .THEY DONOT CARE WHETHER CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED OR NOT
