BAD BEHAVIOR OF YOUR EMPLOYEES
I also have experienced the same problem like Ms. Bhamini Mohan in the below comment. What action will ICICI bank take against these complaints.
Till Yesterday, I was thinking that ICICI bank is genuine and kind. But these kind of behaviors leads us the customer like me to change our decision.
My question is, Why your (ICICI bank) people are calling an unwanted number, and saying that we are calling from a courier company.
Are you recruiting Men and Women from Underground people.
Threatening a cheater is acceptable but to a unknown person shows that you are an untrusted organisation.
