I, I.M.Sultan @ irukooran is waiting for a claim of Rs 5000, wrongly sallowed by an ATM at Rangarajapuram booth of ICICI .This was reported by my Bank (I B) and me on months back, has not yet recovered. Please see my mail via consumer's Complaint archives. What was happend on that mechine released money on those days was also discribed in a picturescued manner and yet traced or checked by your men is horrible. Computrished reply was clicked and sent to my bank with in next day itself and the matter was closed was unhuman. Reserve Bank of India regrets for these type of ignores on seniors and small pesoners accoured like a fraud. kindly take a further move on this Mechine Made Mistake and credit the money as soo as with all fines mey be applicable.
