Icici Bank ATM card
RE-ISSUE OF ATM CARD

SIR,

My ATM card whixh was valid from 10/04 through 09/07 had been expired an di have not recieved a fresh ATM card.

i had posted an application also to ICICI bank sector-15 branch of Faridabad, Haryana but i got no response from their side.

i want a fresh card as early as possible.
