Multiple issues

I have multiple issues with ICICI bank.

1. I had raised a request that there have been Fraudulent transactions done with my debit card on my account on 29th may and i got my debit card blocked that day and got a new card. Also raised a request to get that transaction researched. I have got a debit card which is ok but no response on the Fraudulent transaction and i still see the same transaction from same person/site on 12th June. This scares me and wants me to close the account rather than with debit card etc.

2. I just came to know from customer service that ICICI charges 28 rs if you by chance forget your balance and (or mess up with your debit cards if you have more than one) punch in wrong amount. This is surprising and disappointing :(.

3. Customer service folks are really rude they talk with word "Boss" i am really disappointed with that.

I was a customer of ICICI from 5-6 years but now they just let me down in one day, i would say thanks to them and close all my accounts with them.
