Non receipt of redemption value

Sir,

I had deposited a sum of Rs 5000/- on tax saving Bond 02TSB-TWO on dated 08.04.2005 at

Baripada, with the Bond No-06426-245 and certificate No 10418 and the maturity date was 8.4.2010.

but till date I have not received any communication from ICICI bank.

Therefore I request you to take necessary steps such that I shall get my matured value of the bond.
