Dear Concerned,
I would like bring your notice to the transaction where I am stuck with no solution as yet.
On 14th Nov I had withdrawn Rs.20, 000 (10, 000 10, 000) from SBI ATM (in Barrackpore, Kolkata) using my ICICI Debit Card. On the very same day I had again tried to withdraw Rs.10, 000 again (in HDFC ATM machine in Barrackpore) but there was a error message saying "You have already cancelled the transaction" and I did not receive the money from the machine but the same amount was deducted.
The very same time I have called the customer service executive of ICICI bank and informed them regarding the same. They assured me of the correction in 7 working days. Request No. 197178715.
As I was in need of the money, I called the customer service team again on 19.11.2011 to check if I am getting back the money within the time span committed to me. The executive received my call confirmed me that the request is in process and I'll get the solution on 22.11.2011.
On 22.11. I called the customer service executive in the evening after checking my account balance (money has not been credited till that time). I spoke to Mr. Venkata Ramana who informed me that Ms. Prachi Madgarkar has closed the Complain/Request on 21.11.2011.
This is shocking that Complain/Request can be closed without the solution.
Mr. Venkata Ramana had no solution except committing me another 7 working days with a new Request No.201315750.
Please look into the matter and help customers get solution at-least by the time they are committed.
